STS Mould and Engineering Sdn. Bhd. (506093-W) was incorporated in 2000. Back then, we were a small private limited company manufacturing plastic mould. In a short period of time, STS has managed to establish itself in the industry. Today, the company has become renowned for quality manufacturing, working closely with multinational clients locally and abroad

As STS continues to grow, so did its capabilities. Offering a comprehensive turn-key solution, STS continued to serve some of the biggest brands across the Automotive, Electronic and Electrical industry. Some of our clients include Perodua, Proton, Toyota, Panasonic, Dyson, Thermos, Sony and more.

Our knowledgeable team works closely with our clients from initial concept to production and final delivery, establishing the most efficient way to produce customized plastic mould. Clients are always welcomed to our manufacturing center to ensure that our capabilities and resources can cater to their requirements.

Based in Shah Alam, Selangor, our manufacturing center is equipped with an advanced and comprehensive range of plastic moulding machines. Most of our machines are specifically imported from Japan and the United States. Having 3D design software, high-end CNC and tooling machines allow us to produce some of the most detailed moulds and complicated tools.

Leveraging on our structured work process, quality is incorporated in all phases of manufacturing. Recognizing our efforts and commitment towards quality products and services, we have been accredited with ISO9001:2015. STS has become highly experienced in managing demanding quality control and assurance requirements by working with various multinational companies.
